Ēš Lift the handset or press SPEAKER button to receive dial-tone.
Ēš Press the FWD button.
Ēš Dial ATD Off-Net forward code 5.
Ēš Dial CO/CO Group Number (for incoming call).
Ēš Dial Speed Bin Number (for outgoing call).
Ēš Replace the handset, return to idle.

Ēš Station Attribute - I (Call Forward) : PGM 111-BTN 2.
Ēš A directory number (Speed Dial Number) should be stored to make call forward.
